REFUND POLICY

Imagine If (Australia) Pty. Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “Imagine If”, complies with Australian Consumer Law with regard to refunds.
Programs And Courses
Imagine If is not required to provide a refund to you if you change your mind about the Program(s) and/or Course(s) you have enrolled into.
However, you may experience extenuating circumstances that began and/or occurred after enrolment in a Program and/or Course, that prevented you from undertaking the Program(s) and/or Course(s).
Where evidence can be provided to support your extenuating circumstance, as exampled below, which has been sent by email to Norman at Norman@ImagineIfInstitute.com, a Program and/or Course fee may be fully or partially refunded, or not refunded, depending on the situation, as follows:
- One hundred percent (100%) refund within seven (7) days of enrolment, if less than ten percent (10%) of a Program has been accessed and/or consumed.
- Fifty percent (50%) refund within fourteen (14) days of enrolment, if less than ten percent (10%) of a Program has been accessed and/or consumed.
- Twenty-five percent (25%) refund within twenty-eight (28) days of enrolment, if less than ten percent (10%) of a Program has been accessed and/or consumed.
- No refund will be issued if more than ten-percent (10%) of a Program has been accessed and/or consumed.
- No refund will be issued after twenty-eight (28) days from the date of enrolment in a Program.
The decision made by Imagine If with respect to a request for a Program/Course refund is final.
Extenuating Circumstances
Examples of extenuating circumstances, which MIGHT be considered valid for a refund, are, your own:
- Health issues, including: experiencing a major accident or injury, experiencing an acute ailment or illness, being hospitalized for a medical procedure, or other health issues that negatively affect a significant period of your available learning time. A certificate is required from a doctor in these circumstances.
- Emotional and/or psychological issues, for which you have been referred to a counsellor or similarly qualified practitioner, or you are receiving advice and/or support from a counsellor or similarly qualified practitioner. A treatment referral or treatment certificate is required from a counsellor or practitioner in these circumstances.
- Anxiety and/or depression, or other significant mental health issue. A certificate is required from a doctor in these circumstances.
- Pregnancy-related conditions, such as labor and/or childbirth, or those of a partner. A certificate is required from a doctor in these circumstances.
- Bereavement for a family member or for a close friend, which is causing a significant negative impact on your wellbeing. A certificate is required from a doctor in these circumstances.
- Separation and/or divorce, or that of your parents. A certificate is required from a lawyer in these circumstances.
- Experience of a recent burglary, theft, or serious motor vehicle accident. A report is required from the police in these circumstances.
- Attendance for jury service, which cannot be deferred. A confirmation notice is required from the relevant government department or legal authority in these circumstances.
- Significant change in financial circumstances, such as you being made redundant from employment or your business going into administration or filing for bankruptcy. An employer’s termination letter or a confirmation letter from a lawyer is required in these circumstances.
Subscription Memberships
Where you are a member of a subscription service, enrolled in a subscription membership, by accepting this Refund Policy, you agree you have read and understood that you are able to cancel your subscription membership at any time, without reason, by logging into your own account at the ImagineIf website hosting the subscription service, clicking on “My Account”, clicking on “Memberships”, and then cancelling your membership.
No refunds will be provided for membership subscriptions, because your membership pays for access to the content, not for the consumption of the content, and you can cancel your membership access at any time, without reason.
Disputes
Any chargebacks and/or disputed fees made through PayPal, Stripe, a bank, or by any other means, will be appealed against you, as per the Terms Of Use you have agreed with and the agreement you have entered into upon digital enrolment in a Program/Course.
Updates and Changes
This Policy, which was updated on November 1, 2024, is subject to change without notice, at any time, by Imagine If. Please check for changes to this Policy on a regular basis, as the use of the Website after such changes does constitute agreement to such changes.
