About Imagine If Institute
Imagine If Institute was founded by Norman Glyn Jones, an internationally experienced corporate trainer, who has three decades of executive and entrepreneurial experience in the Asia-Pacific region.
Imagine If Institute’s four complimentary self-directed online entrepreneurial leadership programs support students with learning screencasts and videos, lesson notes and top tips, exercises and quizzes, facilitation, rehearsals and critiques, and coaching.
All Programs and their Courses are designed to be of very high value to aspiring and current entrepreneurs and their executives, who want to learn the knowledge and develop the skills of Entrepreneurial Leadership, through The Art and Science of Influence and Persuasion, via Visioning, Presencing, Presenting, and Selling.

Individuals can progress through the programs at their own place, in their own time, at their own pace, whilst being fully and personally supported by Norman throughout their learning journey.
A group of learners from the same organization can arrange to progress through the programs during the same time period and be fully and personally supported by Norman throughout their learning journey, through one or a combination of four group learning formats – online, virtual, blended, and onsite learning.

Norman, with decades of experience as an executive and entrepreneur, including as a consulting corporate trainer in Hong Kong, Jakarta, Shanghai, Singapore, and Sydney, has developed Imagine If Institute’s programs and courses for current and aspiring entrepreneurs and their executives, who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills of Entrepreneurial Leadership, through The Art and Science of Influence and Persuasion, via Visioning, Presencing, Presenting, and Selling, online.
As one example of Norman’s corporate training experience, the onsite training version of the “Producing Your Polished Presentations” Program, has been taught face-to-face by Norman, to executives from:
To ensure Imagine If Institute’s online students receive as many of the benefits as possible of face-to-face interactive onsite learning, Norman supports every online student, of every program, with learning videos and screencasts, learning exercises and quizzes, and the opportunity to ask Norman questions about a Program or Course at any time.
Lesson Notes and Lesson Tips are also available for each Course of each Program.
Norman is also available for personalized coaching and creation sessions, during which students may ask questions, engage in discussions, review their newly acquired knowledge, practice their newly acquired skills, and receive answers, critiques, feedback, guidance, and suggestions from Norman.
Students can also work with Norman in creating the outcomes of the Programs and their Courses, such as a vision statement and presentations.
