A1. The “Visualizing Your Vivid Vision” Program will teach you the knowledge and skills necessary to discover, create, communicate, influence, realize, and live your own future, instead of reacting to someone else’s future.

Q2. I am not familiar with the word “visioning”, what are some synonyms?

A2. In the context of “visioning” relating to an enterprise, synonyms are: vision, company vision, corporate vision, organization vision, organizational vision, vision statement, statement of vision, strategic vision.

2. “PROJECTING YOUR POWERFUL PRESENCE” Program Questions

Q1. What is the most valuable benefit I will receive from the “Presencing” Program?

A1. The “Projecting Your Powerful Presence” Program will teach you the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize, cultivate, and project a powerful personal presence, which will enable you to attract, influence, and lead people in realizing a desired positive future, through being, expressing, and focusing your mental, emotional, and physical self.

Q2. I am not familiar with the word “presencing”, what are some synonyms”

A2. Presencing may also be referred to as, presence, executive presence, leadership presence, personal presence.

Q3. In what situations will I be able to use what I learn from the “Presencing” Program?

A3. The knowledge and skills learned from the “Projecting Your Powerful Presence” Program can be professionally utilized on a daily basis if you are an aspiring / current Entrepreneur or an Executive of an entrepreneurial enterprise. Much of this knowledge and many of these skills can also be utilized during social, and even family relations and situations. 

3. “PRODUCING YOUR POLISHED PRESENTATIONS” Program Questions

Q1. What is the most valuable benefit I will receive from the “Presenting” Program?

A1. The “Producing Your Polished Presentations” Program will teach you the knowledge and skills necessary to inform, persuade, and inspire your audiences to a desired action, belief, decision, or idea, or to buy, sell, invest, or divest, thereby enabling you to more effectively and successfully retain, win, and grow business and opportunities.

Q2. In what situations will I be able to use what I learn from the “Presenting” Program?

A2. The “Presenting” Program will specifically teach you the what, when, why, and how of “persuasive presenting”, which might be referred to in different contexts as persuasive communication skills, persuasive presentation skills, persuasive public speaking skills, persuasive pitching skills, or persuasive speaking skills.

Q3. Is the “Presenting” Program of benefit and value to anyone and everyone?

A3. In today’s world, persuasive “presenting” skills can be utilized and benefited from across a significant range of professions and roles, whenever you are formally “presenting”, or “pitching”, and “persuading”, through a “monologue”, to an audience of one, or many more.

4. “SCRIPTING YOUR SKILFUL SALES” Program Questions

Q1. What is the most valuable benefit I will receive from the “Selling” Program?

A1. The “Scripting Your Skilful Sales” Program will teach you the knowledge and skills necessary to sell more, more often, more profitably, including “selling” your self, your community, or your organization, and selling your products, your services, or your solutions, whilst making your life and your buyers’ life better, through using your senses, personality, and questions.

Q2. In what situations will I be able to use what I learn from the “Selling” Program”

A2. The “Selling” Program will specifically teach you the what, when, why, and how of “persuasive selling”, commonly referred to as “sales skills” or “selling skills”. These skills can be used in any situation where you are endeavouring to “sell” something to someone, or some people, “across the table”.

Q3. Is the “Selling” Program of benefit and value to anyone and everyone?

A3. In today’s world, persuasive “selling” skills can be utilized and benefited from across all sales-based professions, roles, and situations, whenever you are “selling”, and “persuading”, through a “dialogue”, to an audience of one or a few.

B. ADMINISTRATION Questions

1. ENROLLMENT Questions

Q1. Where do I sign up, pay for, and access the Program(s) I am interested in?

A1. Click the link at the bottom of the page of the Program you want to enroll in and you will be taken to the Program enrollment page.

Q2. How long do I have access to Programs I have signed up and paid for?

A2. You will have access to the Program until either you complete all Courses, Chapters, and Lessons, or until twelve (12) months after the date you signed up for the Program, whichever occurs first.

2. PAYMENT Questions

Q1. What is the currency of the Program fees?

A1. All Program fees are denominated in United States Dollars (US$).

Q2. Can I pay a Program fee by credit card?

A2. Yes, absolutely, this is the easiest and quickest method of payment.

Q3. Can I pay Program fee(s) in installments?

A3. No, at this time, all Program fees are to be paid in full, upon sign-up.

3. SUPPORT Questions

Q1. Is some type of personal learning support provided with each Program?

A1. Yes, because Norman wants you to experience the maximum benefits of studying the Program of your interest.

Q2. What type of personal learning support is provided with each Program?

A2. Core, Coaching, and Creating level students are supported with all learning screencasts, videos, exercises, quizzes, lesson notes, top tips, pre-learning and post-learning calls, and anytime Q & A support.

Coaching and Creating level students are also supported with facilitation, coaching, rehearsals, and critiques.

Creating level students are also supported with creation support, for designing your own presentations.

Q3. How is the personal learning support provided if I live in a different time zone to Norman?

A3. Norman will pre-arrange mutually convenient dates and times for the personal learning support. 

4. REFUND Questions

Q1. Can I request a refund on a Fee I have paid?

A1. Yes, you may request a refund, however the acceptance of your request depends upon the reason(s) you are requesting the refund. For refund details, please read the Refund Policy.

Q2. How long does it take for me to receive a response to my request for a refund?

A2. A response will be sent to you within twenty-four (24) hours of your request being received, unless Norman is engaged with a live consulting, speaking, training, or coaching engagement, or Norman is travelling, or he is otherwise indisposed, in which case he will respond to you as soon as possible.

Q3. If I am not eligible for a refund, for how long do I have access to the Programs?

A3. You will have access to the Program until either you complete all Courses, Chapters, and Lessons, or until twelve (12) months after the date you signed up for the Program, whichever occurs first.
