All programs are designed to be of very high value to aspiring and current executives and to aspiring and current entrepreneurs, who want to learn the knowledge and develop the skills of Leadership, through The Art and Science of Influence and Persuasion, through Visioning, Presencing, Presenting, and Selling.

A group of learners from the same organization can arrange to progress through the programs during the same time period and be fully and personally supported by Norman throughout their learning journey, through one or a combination of four group learning formats – online, virtual, blended, and onsite learning.
